Our story
It started with a butcher shop.
Tim Estrada built Point Butcher Shop into a Santa Cruz favorite by doing things the old way: whole animals, hand cuts, and a real conversation at the counter.
CARNE is what came next. A bigger home on East Cliff Drive with a full butcher case, an oak-fired smokehouse and a kitchen, so you can taste what the counter can do before you take it home.
